Revolting Rhymes

On Tuesday 29 November, the year 7 drama students performed Roald Dahl’s Revolting Rhymes to the year 7 cohort.

"Performing this play has taught me many new skills. I learnt to be confident when performing. I learnt that when you do a performance you have to set up right at the front and face the audience all the time. I learnt to speak up. I learnt that it is important to rehearse because you need to be able to memorise your lines so your play makes sense and it flows. Memorising the script was something new for me too. We all learnt a little on how to write plays as we added a whole part to the play to make it more interesting for the audience. Our team worked really well because we all included each other’s ideas and encouraged each other to do our best." - Maddison
