Let's Lunch Locally

Year 8 Food Technology students designed their own lunches based on the local foods of the regions of South Australia. Each group had their own region to focus on and designed their own lunches for two, centred around two local foods from their chosen region. Students were creative when designing their lunches. The ingredients ranged from seafood, chicken to fresh fruit and vegetables. Students organised, prepared and cooked their own dishes in groups of two or three.
