Stephen's outstanding commitment and skill to researching Renmark's own Elaine Balfour-Ogilvy, reflects his desire to preserve the memory of those who have served our nation. Stephen's achievement, determined through a rigorous judging process that included the creation of an essay and an interview, will be celebrated later this year with an award ceremony at ANZAC House with the Premier and Minister for Education along with Military and RSL members in attendance.

During next year's tour in Vietnam, Stephen will have the opportunity to commemorate and learn about the sacrifices of Australian men and women throughout Australian history. Stephen received his award at Parliament House, presented by Premier of South Australia, Peter Malinauskas earlier this month along with the support of Principal Mr Evans and Stephen's family.
