On Friday the 9th August Desmond Chester and Joshua Goody along with the Riverland SAASTA Academy attended an AFLX workshop in Adelaide. The morning activity took place at the Adelaide Crows training facility led by Andrew McLeod and his team who took everyone on a tour followed by an info session and quiz.

After a BBQ lunch we travelled to AFL MAX near the airport where students participated in a variety of exercises including rock climbing, interactive wall, trampoline dodgeball, accuracy kicking, inflatable obstacles, 10m sprint and VR room.

The day was very informative and interactive and everyone enjoyed the trip.
