We are really excited to learn that Renmark High School has recently been successful to receive a $2000 scholarship from Royal Agricultural and Horticultural Society of South Australia. This scholarship enables four of our students to attend and compete in Schools Merino Wethers competition in 2019. This year will be a special year for the competition, with Rabobank sponsoring the School Merino Wethers as a feature event.

It was also great to see our school featured in the recent Royal Adelaide Show and Royal Society Magazines. 

As a part of the Agriculture Curriculum, a group of students from Year 9 and 10 will participate in the Merino Wether competition, taking 3 Merino Wethers for the showing. Year 10 Agriculture students Danielle Leonard and Indya Wittwer also featured in the article for their involvement in the school wether competition. Raj Singh - AG Teacher
