Yeast

Year 10 Food Tech students learnt about yeast, and were able to design their own bread. Students learnt about the techniques involved with various types of bread and were then able to create their own. These ranged from fruit loaves to garlic bread rolls and various herbal focaccias.  They all looked delicious.
