Ms Riar's year 10 Food Technology classes have been exploring Café Culture in Australia, delving into the origins of coffee culture and its evolution within the country. They investigated the role of modern appliances in preparing café-style dishes and then applied this knowledge by planning, preparing, and presenting their own café-style creations using food processors.
