French Dining Experience
Our senior French students appreciated a three-course dining experience last week, exposed to a range of new flavours and discovering some special rules around the dining table in France. They were all brave enough to try the goats cheese salad for 'entrée' which was definitely a new flavour for them all. For 'Le Plat Principal', students enjoyed a garlic chicken dish, which required a 'baguette' to wipe down the plates ( this is encouraged in France!) Finally, we enjoyed a berry 'Clafouti' which was a sensation to end on.
