Mr Singh's year 9 Agriculture students celebrating First Nations involvement in Agriculture. Daniel Giles spoke to students about the origin of a 'Damper' and cooked his favourite modern version which is fried bread. Students also learned about the use of various plant species used as medicines etc. They also enjoyed salmon cakes cooked by their Agriculture teacher.
