On Thursday 13 March, our Year 9 Drama students attended War of the Worlds, an innovative production by Riverland Youth Theatre. Performed simultaneously across multiple locations, the play captivated students with its mix of sci-fi suspense and modern storytelling. Our drama students were particularly impressed by the creative use of technology to connect different casts across Barmera, Whyalla, and Swan Reach in real time.

Students thoroughly enjoyed the performance and found it thought-provoking and inspiring, gaining insight into how theatre can evolve with digital elements. A fantastic experience for all involved!
