Harmony Day Celebrations

We are proud to share a beautiful celebration of diversity, unity, and belonging with our community. Through a collaboration between Renmark Primary School, Renmark High School, and Renmark Childrens Centre, and with the incredible support of the Renmark Paringa Council, we’ve created an art installation that truly reflects the heart of our community.
Over 700 handprints — from children in childcare, preschool, primary school and high school — have been collected and will be displayed in a stunning map of Australia like no other.

We continued our celebrations at our whole school assembly on Friday 21 March. Students from each year level showcased the activities they engaged in to honour this meaningful event. Guest speakers including, Deputy Head Prefect Hassan R, sisters Anele and Akohna and our very own Mrs Farrelly shared stories of their cultural backgrounds and expressed what Harmony Day means to them. After the assembly, the entire school gathered on the oval to form the number '100' in honour of Renmark High School's centenary, while students proudly waved their flags.
