Update of Student Information for EMS System

We are currently updating student contact information to meet the mailing and residential address requirements of our new Education Management System (EMS), which will be implemented in August 2025.

Unfortunately, EdSmart has experienced a technical issue and we’re currently unable to process contact detail updates through the system. To ensure all details are accurate, we kindly ask parents and caregivers to complete the EMS enrolment form using the link provided. Students will also receive a paper copy, giving families the option to complete the form either electronically or manually.

Please follow either of the two options below to allow us to update your information successfully:

  • Electronic copy: please download the attached 'School Enrolment form' and fill out with your information, then email back to dl.0794.info@schools.sa.edu.au
  • Paper copy: please fill out the paper copy that has been given to your child with your information and hand into Student Services.

We understand that your contact information may not have changed; however, this process is necessary to confirm and transfer accurate data into the new system.
