Last Friday, Year 12 Food and Hospitality students hosted a delightful 'High Tea' event for their teachers. Each student prepared, decorated, and presented a high tea dish, creating a formal and elegant experience. In preparation for this final assessment, the students travelled to Adelaide to visit various venues related to high tea, drawing inspiration for their creations. Well done!
