Year 9 Drama students viewed Slingby’s play, ‘The Boy Who Talked To Dogs,’ at the Chaffey Theatre on Thursday 15^th September. The first 'wow' factor of this play was that there was no dividing line between audience and actors, as the story takes place in front of and amongst the audience, everyone was on the Chaffey Theatre stage and immersed in the action. The live Irish music, lighting, incredible set design and shadow puppetry along with Irish actor Bryan Burroughs, who played the role of Martin, made this play truly unique. Students thoroughly enjoyed it.
