Practice and Performance

Over the past few weeks, our year 7 music students have been practising a song of their choice on their chosen instrument. They participated in a variety of in-class lessons on how to be an effective performer, and how to choose an interesting piece of music to play. Students will then record their performance in a short video, explaining their instrument, how to play it, and what they have learnt this term. Some of the songs students have chosen include: 'Seven Nation Army', 'Hot Cross Buns', 'Mary Had a Little Lamb', 'Jingle Bells' and 'Happy Birthday'. We cannot wait to see their videos once they have finished.
